This Sunday, August 28, music ensembles from Armenia, Belarus, Venezuela, Egypt, India, and Thailand performed for the Muscovites and guests of the capital, with the city’s railway stations and parks as the improvised venues. The event was carried out within the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival, which this year was celebrating its fifteenth anniversary.

This Saturday, August 27, Alexander F. Sklyar, a popular Russian artist, made his debut at the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival in Moscow’s Red Square. He performed the "Moscow Routes" song together with the Suvorov Cadet Band of the Moscow Military Music College named after Lieutenant General Valery Khalilov.  

This Saturday, August 26, Moscow’s Red Square welcomed the grand opening of the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival, which this year is celebrating its fifteenth birthday. Twenty-seven ensembles from Russia and abroad stepped onto the cobblestones tonight. 

The Russian and foreign participants, as well as the organizers of the Fifteenth Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival, took part in the solemn wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow’s Alexander Garden. 

This Sunday, August 28, participants of the Fifteenth Spasskaya Tower International Military Tattoo from Armenia, Belarus, Venezuela, Egypt, India, and Thailand will showcase their musical presentations in Moscow parks and railway stations. 

Sergey Makhovikov, Honored Artist of Russia, and the Merry Notes Children's Violin Ensemble from the Luhansk People Republic will showcase their performances at the opening night of the Fifteenth Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival on August 26 in Moscow’s Red Square.

The Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival symbolizes cultural cooperation between Russia and foreign states, promoting interaction and experience sharing between the armed forces, military bands, and organizations around the world.

This year, the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary оn Moscow's Red Square from August 26 to September 4. 

On August 26, on the opening day of the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival, Moscow’s VDNH will welcome the Cavalry Escort of the Presidential Regiment’s performance, showcasing the team’s best works staged over the twenty years of the horse-riding arena's history.
